2/20/2021 0 Comments Why do I need a wedding website?Wedding Websites are a great way to make sure that all of your guests know everything that they need to for your wedding. They build excitement, it’s something you can do as a couple, and the more you communicate with your guests throughout your planning process then the more accurate the RSVPs will be to your invitations [electronic or paper].
Websites give wedding information, accommodation information [travel and room blocks], and usually have your registry on them. Speaking of registry, it’s important to start it early because you may find that holiday gifts are from your registry too! As far as cash registries, it works best when it’s for a specific reason. Whether or not you use it for that reason is up to you. Everyone is excited about being part of your big day and the more you share with them, in a way they feel like they’re participating, the more incredible you’re going to feel. Have quizzes, funny videos, updates, FAQs, and stories. So many guests at weddings just want to congratulate the couple and some never get a chance. By being available as you plan the love that will pour in will always help with the stress and you may get some really great ideas too. Websites are a nice way to start because so many are ready to put together and can be done in a weekend. Websites are also a great way to handle RSVPs, so if your guests are used to going to your website then they’ll be very likely to hop right on and RSVP, ask any questions they have, and you’ll spend less time on last minute confirmations [and hopefully cancellations as well]. Let’s take a poll ….. what’s been your favorite wedding website to use? How about your favorite online planning tool?
